By agreeing to proceed with the commission process, and specifically by submitting the payment for the commission, you confirm that you have read the entirety of this document and agree with it.1. Regarding the commissioner
- 1.1 You must be at least 18 years old.2. Regarding the contents of the commissioned work
- 2.1. I reserve the right to accept or refuse any commission.
- 2.2. I will not do NSFW art.
- 2.3. Please be as clear as you can regarding what you want me to draw. Feel free to link any of my past works as reference, too.
- 2.4. “Do you do icons/banners/unlisted things?” Yes, I do, please ask me about it to get detailed informations.3. Regarding pricing and payment of the commissioned work
- 3.1. For me to begin working on the commission, I must have received the first half of the payment for it. The other half should be paid at the delivery.
- 3.2. For works outside of the samples included on my commission sheet, you will be charged based on an estimation of the time needed to complete your commission, with an hourly rate of 30 USD.
- 3.3. For bigger projects: Any work that can’t be accurately priced due to requiring an uncertain amount of time to be completed will require its own specific payment conditions that will be agreed upon by contract.
- 3.4. The accepted method of payment is PayPal only.
- 3.5. If you are located in the eurozone we can directly deal in euros.
- 3.6. No refunds.4. Regarding the drawing process
- 4.1. One or more initial sketches will be delivered for the commissioner to approve of them before I continue working.
- 4.2. If asked to, I will send screenshots frequently as the commissioner requests them for the commissioner to evaluate the commission’s progress and comment on anything that needs adjusting.5. Regarding the use of the commissioned artwork
- 5.1. For artwork that hasn’t originally been commissioned for commercial purposes, you shall not use it for commercial purposes without my knowledge and permission.
- 5.2. You may post the artwork elsewhere as you see fit, as long as you don’t claim authorship.
- 5.3. My work may not be used as NFT or in other crypto-related projects.
- 5.4. My work may not be used to train AI models of any kind.6. Contact
